The Vinnytsia Oblast State Administration gave a positive conclusion on the conformity with the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine of the the decisions of the Zhyhalivka and Ivaniv village councils on the voluntary accession of the Zhyhalivka territorial community to the Ivanivska AH.

“I hope that the optimistic scenario of the process of Zhyhalivka’s accession to the Ivanivska AH will continue so that we meet the deadlines and enter 2020 with a common budget. This will mean that in 2020 we will be able to legitimately work on the development of Zhyhalivka within the AH,” said Mykhailo Kulyk, head of the Ivaniv village council.

Zhyhalivka is waiting for the CEC to appoint election promptly and hopes that new economic conditions will be included in the 2020 budget.
