The Tulchynska amalgamated hromada has received a special vehicle for persons with disorders of the musculoskeletal system.

This became possible due to the new mechanism for the purchase of special vehicles funded from the state budget and their transfer to hromadas that was implemented in 2018 with the support of Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman. Hromadas receiving these vehicles are obliged to take over all maintenance costs and the driver’s salary.
