"Trends around the world are connected with urbanisation process. Therefore, the question of how not to lose a Ukrainian village is extremely relevant. The answer is simple, that is the continuation of the decentralisation process, which means a situation when the powers and budget are transferred to the ground, where local authorities can decide what to do with these funds, what to invest in: a school, kindergarten, road, etc.," said Alex Lissitsa, president of the “Ukrainian Club of Agricultural Business” Association.

"It will be extremely difficult for our countryside to stay without decentralisation and completion of this reform," said Alex Lissitsa.
