On 14 June, during the public discussion in the village of Markevycheve of the Kateryno-Platonivka Village Council (Shiryayeve Rayon, Odesa Oblast), villagers supported the initiative to join the Konoplyanska AH (Ivanivka Rayon).

According to the Odesa Local Government Development Centre of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme, Oksana Hunenkova, decentralisation adviser of the LGDC, told participants about the goals of decentralisation, the opportunities it gives, peculiarities of its implementation and further prospects.
