“Pryorilske Neighbourhood”: amalgamated hromadas in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast invite to join their festival
The Mahdalynivka Rayon will be hosting the decentralisation festival “Pryorilske Neighbourhood” for the representatives of amalgamated hromadas from the Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv and Poltava Oblasts. The festival’s programme includes exchange of experience, sports competitions and art performances. This announcement came from Olena Tertyshna, director of the Dnipro Local Government Development Centre.
