Experts of the EU for Stronger Public Finance Systems of Local Governments Project, LOGICA, implemented in Ukraine with the support of the European Union, prepared a handbook for representatives of local authorities named “Control Basics and Audit Nuances (DOWNLOAD: PDF 2,6 МБ).
