Next phase of decentralisation to be prepared in Kherson Oblast

Issues concerning the non-reformed part of local self-government, the need to separate the powers of local self-government bodies in amalgamated hromadas and the local bodies of executive power (local offices of the central bodies of executive power) as well as the objectives of the new decentralisation phase have been discussed in Kherson today. The Kherson Oblast hosted the meeting of the inter-ministerial regional working group for the preparation of proposals concerning the administrative and territorial structure of the basic and rayon levels in the Kherson Oblast.
