The Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Department of the Association of Ukrainian Cities traditionally continues to organize press tours to succeed amalgamated hromadas. This time Carpathian journalists had an opportunity to inspect the Pererislianska AH of the Nadvirna Rayon and to find out how the decentralisation reform is being introduced here, to see the hromada’s life after amalgamation, changes in it and to observe how services are becoming closer to people and whether people’s lives are improving.
This is a young amalgamated hromada, in which the first elections took place on 29 October 2017. It consists of the village of Pererisl, which has become the administrative centre, as well as the villages of Havrylivka, Fytkiv and Volosiv.
