How does the local self-government reform turn the administrative service sector into a quality service provider for citizens? The Shumska hromada of the Ternopil blast, Krasnosilska hromada of the Odesa Oblast, Biloberizka hromada of the Cherkasy Oblast and the Novovodolazka hromada of the Kharkiv Oblast got caught in the lens of the “Jointly” programme of the “UA: Pershyi” Channel.
