UAROR experts to help hromadas from Donetsk and Lugansk Oblasts in their development
Experts of the Ukrainian Association of Rayon and Oblast Councils will help 20 hromadas from Donetsk and Lugansk Oblasts enhancing their capacity and will coach them in municipal budget management and effective public communication.
