
Carola Gunnarson, head of a municipality in Sweden and council member of the most influential Association of Local Authorities and Regions of Sweden (SALAR), has shared her opinion on the achievements of the decentralisation reform in Ukraine and differences between the Ukrainian and Swedish models.

Carola Gunnarson is a speaker on coherence and territorial development of the Council of European Municipalities and Regions (CEMR) and council member of the Association of Local Authorities and Regions of Sweden (SALAR). She has also been head of the municipality of Sala in Sweden for the last 12 years.
