Association of Local Self-Government Bodies “Amalgamated Hromadas of the Rivne Oblast” adopted an appeal to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine at its meeting on 17 January 2019.

AHs of the Rivne Oblast support the stance of all-Ukrainian associations of local self-government bodies on the need for the earliest possible introduction of decentralisation-related amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine​​.

The Association also urges the Parliament to continue work on improving the legislation on decentralisation and proposes to promptly pass four draft laws.
