What the local budgets should expect in 2019 – that was the subject of a TV program on the National Public Broadcasting Channel UA: Вінниця.

Inna Svyatna, advisor on local finances at Vinnytsya LGDC (established with the support of the Programme “U-LEAD with Europe”) answered questions in the TV program “Topic of the Day”.

The expert told about the innovations in the budget process, amendments to the Budget Code and the Tax Code influencing the spending plans of hromadas as well as explained the budgeting specifics of AHs in the coming year. Inna Svyatna noted that December is the right time to summarize the preliminary results of the local budgets in Vinnytsya oblast that have been fulfilled by 107%.
