Sida has selected NIRAS as Implementer for the Roll-Out Phase of U-LEAD with Europe's Support to Improved Administrative Service Delivery

The Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency, Sida, has selected NIRAS as the implementer for the Roll-Out Phase of U-LEAD with Europe's Support to Improved Administrative Service Delivery.

NIRAS has won the bid in an open tender and will work within the framework of the sub-component on Establishment of Well-Functioning Administrative Service Centres, which is part of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme.

Sida and its sub-contracted implementers SKL International, NIRAS and Estonian E-Governance Academy contribute to the Ukrainian decentralisation reform by creation and modernisation of up to 600 ASCs, as well as by enhancing e-governance through use of modern, secure and safe IT solutions that will facilitate delivery of Government-to-Government, Government-to-Business and Government-to-Citizens administrative services.

More detailed information will follow. The contact person for more information is Ms. Sophie Fyrk of Sida HQ in Stockholm (Sophie.Fyrk@sida.se).
