Over the past 10 months ASCs have transferred UAH 2 billion to local budgets, — Hennadii Zubko

In course of 10 months of the current year, the revenues of Ukrainian local hromadas from inflow of payments for administrative service delivery amounted to UAH 2 billion. Only in the Zhytomyr Oblast this indicator is at the level of UAH 76.8 million, informed Hennadii Zubko, Vice Prime Minister – Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services of Ukrain, at the AH forum “Decentralisation: from amalgamation to development”, held in the Zhytomyr Oblast.

“Our goal is to make the administrative service a modern, convenient, fast, transparent and accessible service to absolutely everyone. Already today there are 775 ASCs functioning in Ukraine. The goal of 2020 is to establish additional 190 ASCs,” Hennadii Zubko emphasised.
