Calculator of financial capacity of perspective AH

 

The programme complex “Calculator of financial capacity of perspective AH” is an opportunity to model a perspective amalgamated hromada (AH) based on the forecasted indicators of budgets of hromadas of villages, urban-type settlements, cities that have decided on the formation of AH or on accession to the existing AH.

The calculator is developed with the support of the Swiss-Ukrainian Project “Decentralisation Support in Ukraine” (DESPRO).

At the stage of database filling, calculator users are:

• responsible employees of oblast state administrations;
• experts of Local Government Development Centres, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion, in the regions.
