AHs of Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts are steadily developing, - expert analysis of financial capacity

The amalgamated hromadas of the Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts are steadily developing their territories. Thus, in 2017, AHs of the Donetsk Oblast directed funds for capital expenditures in the amount of UAH 190043.9 thousand, which is UAH 1830.9 per capita. AHs of the Luhansk Oblast allocated UAH 80077.0 thousand for capital expenditures, i.e. UAH 2494.6 per capita. This is the data on the assessment of the financial capacity of AHs of these regions, prepared by the experts of the Financial Monitoring Group of the Central Reform Office under MinRegion (with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and the SKL International project).

The experts noted the growth of own revenues per capita of amalgamated hromadas of the Donetsk Oblast. This indicator over 6 AHs of the oblast increased by UAH 1970.0 and amounted to UAH 4542.5 (including: in 3 AHs, formed in 2016, this figure increased by 5.5 times and makes up UAH 4174.7, and in 3 AHs, established in 2015 – it increased by 17.7% and amounts to UAH 4857.7).

Own income per capita of 3 AHs of the Luhansk Oblast increased by UAH 969.5 and amounted to UAH 2945.7 (including: in 1 AH, formed in 2016, this indicator increased by 3.1 times and is UAH 1881.6, and in 2 AHs, formed in 2015 – it increased by 38.0% and is UAH 3225.5).
