On February, 17, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a whole bill on the administrative procedure №3475 with the President’s suggestions, making it possible to regulate the procedural part of relations of citizens and businesses with the government agencies.
The bill has to ensure the citizen’s direct participation in making a decision of their concern, the right to express their stance and to be heard by the moment of the decision being made.
