The Swiss-Ukrainian Project “Decentralisation Support in Ukraine” (DESPRO) is continuing to support water supply and sewage disposal development at the regional level.

The Water Time analytical report, presented by DESPRO jointly with Interproject GMbH and the Ukrvodokanalekologia association, is another step of the DESPRO activity.

The report is dedicated to the problems of water resources management in Ukraine, water supply and sewage disposal, as well as the authors’ opinion of possible solutions aimed at the country overcoming the water crisis.

"The society is on the verge of a limited access to quality water. To change the situation it is necessary to change approaches and introduce innovative technical, infrastructure and political decisions. We are faced with the necessity of developing and implementing the state policy in the sphere of water usage," – claimed Oksana Garnets, the DESPRO head.
