It is reasonably practicable to cover the whole territory of Ukraine with accessible and quality administrative services when hromadas are willing to do it and capable of it, enjoy the support of both state authorities and international partners. It is just the case with the newly-formed hromadas. So, we can hope that by the end of the next year deputies and heads of the newly-formed village, settlement and urban hromadas will have met voters’ expectations and arranged the system of providing quality and accessible administrative and other services in their hromadas.
It was highlighted by Vyacheslav Nehoda, Deputy Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, during the online-conference «2020-2021Accomplishments and Challenges in the Administrative Services Sphere», organized by the U-LEAD with Europe Programme.
