Taking into consideration that education is of great importance for the state, its institutions and the society, organizers of «The best local self-government practices» (the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine with the support of the Council of Europe) included «Improvement of educational services provision (primary, secondary school and vocational training)» to the competition subjects. According to Vyacheslav Nehoda, Deputy Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, «The subject has become the most popular one (16 out of 39 winning practices are dedicated to it), testifying to the fact that, firstly, we’ve succeeded in choosing the trend, and secondly, it is topical for each hromada and the state as a whole».

The material covers such winning practices as Kharkiv TDU Cluster, SOM-hub (Druzhkivka, Donetsk region) and STEMkids informational and educational spaces at the Mostivska AH (Domanivskyi rayon, Mykolaiv region).
