New territorial hromadas will have to face the fact that approximately 50% of their budget will cover the educational sphere. But it is not the main reason for hromadas to pay special attention to this sphere. The kids’ future, in particular, and the hromada future in general depend on the educational level of children.
Serhiy Dyatlenko, the national expert of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme, dwells upon the major steps for new hromadas to take, particularly:
