Hromadas are able to develop cultural services independently, whereas the state power task is to ensure legal provision and support, - Vyacheslav Nehoda

AHs have proved that they are able to develop cultural services independently. It is obvious due to the projects fulfilled by them, as well as surveys, conducted by our international partners, testifying to the fact that residents of AHs are satisfied with services more than inhabitants of non-amalgamated hromadas. This year will end up for Ukraine with a new administrative and territorial arrangement, so AH experience, including that in the cultural sphere, will be applied for the whole Ukraine. The state power task is to establish clear and comprehensive rules for the local authorities system to follow.

It was claimed by Vyacheslav Nehoda, Deputy Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, during the extended meeting of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Humanitarian and Information Policy Issues.
