On September, 23, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. the DOBRE USAID Programme is organising the webinar “Organisation of Surveys about Services Quality in AHs”
The webinar participants will consider issues of conducting surveys about the municipal services quality: the action plan, documentation, questionnaire development, selection and route forming, peculiarities of respondent selection, conducting interviews and result analysis.
