The Stepanetska AH in the Cherkasy region has succeeded in increasing its budget tenfold for two years. There is a brand new school and a kindergarten at the hromada disposal, an ambulatory clinic is being constructed.

The village has good roads. To be dependent on nobody the hromada has purchased all the necessary equipment and repairs the roads itself. The hromada has perspectives of employment and a lot of plans.
