An up-to-date ASC has started functioning at the Dolynska AH in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. It will provide hromada residents with about 170 administrative services.
According to the mayor Volodymyr Harazd, the ASC has been dreamt of for a long period of time but it has become possible to build it only following the hromadas around the town of Dolyna amalgamation, when both powers and opportunities emerged.
